The explanation of laminating and cutting for printed film and wearing layer
After passing through the frequency conversion speed-regulating traction roller, the friction between the roller and the material generates static electricity, causing the wearing layer and the printed film to adhere to each other, and they start to bond at the floating guide roller and are pressed together at the fixed-length roller (driven by a permanent magnet servo motor for fixed length). After being cut into slices by the cross-cutting knife, they are stacked.
The upper and lower rollers are compressed by the cylinder, allowing for adjustable compression to accommodate the varying thicknesses of wearing layer. During the rolling process of the printed film and wearing layer, the entrapped air at the interface is effectively expelled, thereby achieving a uniform and void-free composite structure under compressive consolidation.
