The tiles after press cutting does not having 100% 90 degree straight,it required to trim the edge fringes to become 100% straight so that when the tiles paved onto floor there is no bias to the side.
Trimming machine is used to cut the floor to meet the size requirements of the finished board. in order to ensure that the size of the floor meets the specified requirements, there is usually a margin size left. Therefore, the floor after hot press is slightly larger than the specified size. Through the process of trimming, the margin-left will be removed.
